With a wealth of expertise spanning over three decades, Alison was a partner of Soo Thien Ming & Nashrah prior to joining GHRH in 2024. Alison’s practise encompasses a broad range and diverse realms of law, with particular focus in corporate, commercial, real estate and banking matters.

In Real Estate and Property transactions, Alison oversees and facilitates seamless acquisitions and disposals of real property and vast tracts of land. Her clientele predominantly comprises major property developers and REITs listed on Bursa Malaysia.

In Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Alison’s portfolio includes drafting, vetting and offering strategic counsel on a myriad of agreements, including without limitation the takeovers of companies, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, joint development agreements, privatisation projects and an array of commercial contracts.

In Banking, Finance and Debt Capital Market Transactions, Alison’s experience extends to include acquisition financing, project financing, structured lending, real estate financing, the issuance of corporate bonds, MTNs, and Sukuk, amongst others. She attends to various corporate loans, trade facilities, and Islamic financing solutions, tailoring bespoke strategies to suit the unique needs of lenders and borrowers alike. She also adeptly guides clients through a spectrum of bilateral, club-deals, and syndicated loan and financing arrangements.
