Our Track Records
- Acted for one of the main contractors of the LRT 3 Project for unlawful termination of contract by the work package contractor. We resisted the calling of bank guarantees worth RM73 million, negotiated a settlement for the client and secured the bank guarantees.
- Defended the main contractor of the LRT 3 Project in an adjudication proceeding under the CIPAA and successfully defeated a claim worth RM2 million filed by the subcontractor.
- Defended the main contractor of the LRT 3 Project in an arbitration proceeding and successfully settled an arbitration worth RM4 million without the client incurring a settlement sum. The Claimant withdrew the claim without liberty to file afresh with no order as to costs.
- Successfully terminated a winding-up order against the main contractor of the LRT 3 Project.
