Our partners have acted for lead arrangers and principal advisers; trustees and subscribers; joint lead arrangers and syndicated lenders; financiers in a multitude of banking programmes including:
- RM2.5 billion nominal value of Sukuk Murabahah Programme to finance the mixed township Setia Fontaines, Penang development project.
- RM1.07 billion syndicated banking facilities for the 1NIH Project and the Setia Federal Hill Project.
- RM580 million in aggregate nominal value in the commercial papers/medium term notes (CP/MTN) programme to finance the mixed township Setia EcoHill development project.
- RM1.2 billion in various banking facilities granted to Eco Horizon Sdn. Bhd. to finance the construction and development of the mixed township Eco Horizon, Batu Kawan, Penang development project.
- RM1.3 billion in various banking facilities granted to Paragon Pinnacle Sdn. Bhd. to finance the construction and development of the mixed township Eco Grandeur and Eco Business Park V development project.

A key mover in several complex banking and financing deals including:
- Banking facility to part finance the acquisition of the entire business and undertaking of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad by Ancom Berhad.

- Loan Documentation pertaining to staff purchase of shares under Pink Form in respect of Gadek Capital Berhad, Johor Tenggara Oil Palm Berhad and MCIS Insurance Berhad.

- Damansara City (DC) by GuocoLand Malaysia
(i) Acted for the developer in the sale and purchase cum development agreements of the various component buildings in the development including its residential towers, retail mall, hotel, office buildings and car parks.

(ii) Acted for the financier(s) in relation to various banking/financing facilities granted to the developer and also to the purchasers including:
- purchase of one of the office towers now known as Menara Guoco by MTrustee Berhad (acting in its capacity as the trustee of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust), a REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia.
- purchase of the office tower now known as Menara Hong Leong by Hong Leong Bank Berhad.
