Called to the Malayan Bar on 9 March 1990, Gan Koon Ghee honed his craft in some of Malaysia's most illustrious firms before founding GHRH with Ho Kee Tong and Razlan Hadri in 1995.

His passion and experience lie in property transactions, the more intricate and complex the better. In the past two decades, Gan's great eye for detail has made him an indispensable counsel for GLCs, conglomerates and financial institutions-excelling in contracts, corporate, loan/security transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Gan's expertise also extends to managing challenging construction contracts, joint ventures and privatisation projects.
