- Eco Horizon Sdn. Bhd.
(i) RM828 million (aggregate purchase consideration) for the acquisition of lands in Batu Kawan, Penang for the development of the mixed township Eco Horizon,
Batu Kawan, Penang development project; and
(ii) its entry into the Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with EPF.
- Paragon Pinnacle Sdn. Bhd.
(i) Settlement agreements between the vendors and settlers (mediated by the State of Selangor);
(ii) RM1.2 billion (total purchase consideration) for various sale and purchase agreements with various vendors for the purchase of lands in Ijok, Selangor which are now being developed as the mixed township development known as Eco Grandeur and Eco Business Park V; and
(iii) its entry into the Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with EPF.
- Documentation pertaining to the purchase by Eco Business Park 6 Sdn. Bhd. of land for development in Kulai, Johor, which land is currently being developed as an industrial park to be known as “Eco Business Park 6”.
- Acting for EXSIM group of companies in relation to its acquisition of various pieces of lands in Penang for development of serviced apartments.
- Documentation pertaining to the sale and development of a mixed development project known as Dataran C180 in Cheras, Selangor.
- Documentation pertaining to the acquisition and development of Avisena Specialist Hospital and Avisena Women and Children Hospital in Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Sale and purchase and loan documentation for property development projects including
> Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang
> Taman Bukit Kenangan, Kajang
> For EcoWorld: Eco Majestic, Eco Ardence and Eco Grandeur
> Desa Saujana Putra, Pinggiran Putrajaya
- The sale and purchase of The Forum Fairlane (Hotel) Kuala Lumpur (now known as The Fairlane Bintang Residence)
